TEMPERATURES
SOAR! Please make sure children have a hat in school, sun cream on
before they leave home and a water bottle. Children without hats will not be
able to go out to play. We will restrict the time children are outside at
lunchtime and use the shaded area down the dip for playtimes. |
BARNET
SPORTS FESTIVAL AT ALLIANZ PARK TOMORROW If your child is taking part in the sports event tomorrow
(selected children from Y3, 4, 5 and 6), please make sure that they have a
hat, suncream and plenty of water
with them. It will be very hot tomorrow. |
MUSIC
FESTIVAL-Thursday 22nd June Key Stage 2 choir will be taking part in the Barnet Music
Festival at the Arts Depot on Thursday this week. We will have lunch in
school as normal and children need to bring a packed tea and something to
keep them amused between rehearsals and the show. The performance starts at
7.00 p.m. Please wash and return t-shirts to me after the event, thank
you. |
NSPCC
DANCE-A-THON An NSPCC representative came into school before the half-term
break to talk to the children about keeping themselves safe. As a follow up
to the visits, all classes will be taking part in a Dance-a-thon during our
sports/science week to raise funds for the NSPCC. Sponsor forms will be
coming home with your child today, so that you can support your child in
raising funds for the NSPCC. Please return envelopes with sponsor money to
school by Monday 3rd July. Thank you for your support. |
